The agreement that governs your use of JammalFX, its plans and billing. JammalFX is a journaling and education tool, not a broker, and does not give investment advice.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and JammalFX (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of JammalFX, including the website at jammalfx.com, the member app and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, the Privacy policy, the Refund policy, the Acceptable use policy and the Risk disclaimer, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. What the Service is
JammalFX is a trading journal, performance analytics, risk management and education tool. Depending on your plan it includes the journal, trading accounts, statement import, analytics and reports, the playbook, discipline tools, a prop challenge tracker, calculators and a tools library, the academy and certificates, the community, the installable app and notifications, and team access.
JammalFX is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or portfolio manager. We do not execute trades, hold or transfer money or assets, connect to your brokerage account, provide trading signals, copy trading or managed accounts, or give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Every trading decision is yours.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you must be allowed to use the Service under the laws that apply to you.
5. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. We recommend two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it; on the Elite plan, use Team to give other people access.
- Tell us straight away at support@jammalfx.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
6. Plans, billing and renewals
- Free plan. The Free plan needs no payment and has usage limits shown on the pricing page. We may change those limits with reasonable notice.
- Paid plans. Pro and Elite are sold through our payment partner, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase. It processes your payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and issues your receipt; its own terms apply to the payment.
- Trials. A free trial is available once per account. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from “My plan”; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Price changes. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for. We tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in the Refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under consumer law.
8. Your data and content
You own the trades, notes, screenshots, strategies, rules and other content you add to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, back up and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to upload it. You can download a copy of your data and delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable use policy. In particular, you may not use the Service to offer, sell or promote trading signals, investment advice, managed accounts or financial products, to break the law, or to harm the Service or other members.
10. Community and education
Community posts are the opinions of their authors, not ours. We may moderate, hide or remove posts, but we do not review every post before it appears. Courses and articles are general education, not advice tailored to you. Course material is for your personal use; certificates confirm that you completed a course, not a professional qualification.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature during a paid period, we will tell you and, where appropriate, offer a pro-rata refund. Keep your own copies of important records; you can export your data at any time.
12. Third-party services and trademarks
The Service can read files exported from third-party platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 and links to third-party tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MetaQuotes or any broker, exchange or proprietary trading firm. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. We are not responsible for third-party services, data or websites.
13. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and courses, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use it under these Terms. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our content without permission.
14. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, when the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other members. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Calculations depend on the data you enter and on standard contract specifications that may differ from your broker’s. Always check figures with your broker before you trade. See the Risk disclaimer.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that country, unless the consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there. Please contact us first so we can try to solve the issue.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
