FAQ

Questions about P&L calendar

Which date is used for a trade?

The day the trade was closed, in your own time zone. You can set your time zone in Settings.

Can I see one account only?

Yes. Pick an account at the top of Analytics and the calendar shows that account only.

Are fees and swap included?

Yes. Daily results use the net P&L of each trade, after the fees and swap you recorded.

What does profit factor mean?

Profit factor is your gross profit divided by your gross loss. Above 1 means your winners outweigh your losers over the period; below 1 means the opposite. It is most meaningful over a large number of trades.

What is expectancy?

The average result per trade over the period, in money and in R. It combines your win rate with the size of your wins and losses, which is why a low win rate can still be profitable.

How is drawdown measured?

Maximum drawdown is the largest fall of your equity from a peak to a later low, based on closed trades in the period you select.
