Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans start with a 7 days free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged, and we email you a reminder before it ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel the renewal in one click from “My plan” in the app, with no fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from “My plan”. The difference is prorated for the remaining time, and you see the amount before you confirm.
What happens to my data if my plan ends?
Your journal stays in your account exactly as it is: trades, accounts, notes, screenshots and strategies. You move back to the Free plan limits, and everything unlocks again the moment you renew.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by an authorised payment partner over an encrypted connection, and JammalFX never stores your card details. You get a confirmation email and a receipt for every payment.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under our refund policy. Request it from the Contact page and choose “Support”. Read the full policy
