Acceptable use policy

1. What is not allowed

You may not use JammalFX, including the community, to:

• offer, sell or promote trading signals, trade calls presented as advice, managed accounts, account passing services or financial products;
• make claims about trading results you cannot back up, or publish fake or edited performance records;
• promote paid groups, referral links or other services without permission, or post repeated advertising;
• post content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or that infringes other people’s rights;
• impersonate a person, a firm or our team, or mislead others about who you are;
• share other people’s personal data, account details or private messages without their consent;
• facilitate fraud, money laundering or market manipulation.

2. Protecting the platform

• Do not upload malware or harmful files.
• Do not try to access other members’ accounts or data, or parts of the Service you are not allowed to use.
• Do not probe, scan or overload our systems, or bypass rate limits and plan limits.
• Do not scrape the Service or use automated tools to create accounts or posts.
• Do not resell or share access to your account.

3. Team access

If you add people to your team on Elite, you are responsible for giving them only the access they need and for removing it when it is no longer needed.

4. Reporting

Use the report button on any post or comment, or write to hi@jammalfx.com. We review reports confidentially.

5. What we may do

• remove or hide content;
• limit features such as posting in the community;
• suspend or close the account in serious or repeated cases;
• report illegal activity to the authorities when required.

Where reasonable, we tell you what happened and give you a chance to respond.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The current version is always on this page. See also the Terms of service.
