Your trading journal, kept private and secure

A plain explanation of how we protect your account and trading data in JammalFX, and what we never do with it.

Always-encrypted connection

Everything between your device and JammalFX travels over HTTPS, so nobody on the same network (a cafe Wi-Fi, for example) can read your journal or your password.

Passwords nobody can read

We never store your password as typed, only as a one-way hash that cannot be reversed. Not even the JammalFX team can see it, and sign-in pauses after repeated wrong attempts.

Two-step verification

Turn it on in Settings → Security: after your password, we ask for a code from the authenticator app on your phone, with backup codes in case you lose it. It is mandatory for every JammalFX team member.

Your sessions and devices

See your active sessions in Settings → Security and sign out of every other device in one click if anything looks wrong.

Protection from bots

Sign-up, sign-in and contact forms are protected from automated attempts and spam, usually without asking you to solve puzzles.

We never see your card

Payments go through a certified global payment provider compliant with the card security standard (PCI DSS). Your card details go straight to them and are never stored on JammalFX servers.

Your trading data stays private

Your trades, accounts, balances and notes are visible to you only. Member pages are never indexed by search engines, and your email is never shown to other members.

No access to your broker

JammalFX never asks for your broker password and cannot place, change or close trades. You add trades by hand or import a statement file, nothing more.

A team with limited access

Each JammalFX team member sees only what their task needs, every admin action is recorded in the activity log, and two-step verification is mandatory for them.

Daily backups

We back up the platform every day and keep the copies apart from the main server, so your journal survives an outage.

Your data is yours

Download a full copy of your trades and accounts at any time in files that open in Excel or Google Sheets, or delete your account yourself in Settings → Security.

Security questions

Can the JammalFX team see my trades?

Nobody on the team opens your journal unless you ask for help with a problem, or to protect the platform from abuse, and every admin action is recorded. Details are in the privacy policy.

Do you connect to my broker account?

No. JammalFX is a journaling and analytics tool, not a broker. We never ask for your broker login and cannot place or close trades. You record trades yourself or import a statement file exported from your platform.

What should I do if I think someone accessed my account?

Change your password right away, then in Settings → Security sign out of every other device and turn on two-step verification. If you notice a change you did not make, contact us and we will help.

If I delete my account, is my data really deleted?

Yes. Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes your trades, accounts, strategies, rules and notes. Download a copy of your data first. We may keep payment records only for as long as accounting law requires.

Is paying for JammalFX safe?

Yes. Payments go through a certified global payment provider compliant with PCI DSS, and your card details never touch our servers. You can stop renewal at any time from "My plan".

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. JammalFX is a journaling and analytics tool, not a broker, and does not provide investment advice. Risk disclaimer
