These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the jammalFX website, dashboards, tools, content, and related services… By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility and account
You must be at least the age of majority in your country (or 18, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it updated.

2) The Service and acceptable use
jammalFX provides trading-related tools (e.g., journal, performance tracking, psychology tools, checklists, planning features) and educational content.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or abuse the Service, including scraping or automated extraction without permission

3) No financial advice; risk disclaimer
jammalFX is an educational and productivity platform. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
4) Subscriptions, billing, and payments
Some features require a paid subscription (“PRO”) or other paid plans.
By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select, including applicable taxes.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Price changes
We may change pricing or plan features. If required, we will provide notice before changes take effect for your next billing cycle.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry and/or suspend access to paid features until payment is successful.
5) Refunds and cancellations
Unless a separate refund policy is published on the website and applies to your purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will typically retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support with the transaction details.
6) User content
You may submit content into the Service (e.g., journal entries, trade notes, tags, checklists) (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7) Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all non-user content, is owned by jammalFX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jammalFX and its owners, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where jammalFX operates, unless mandatory local consumer laws apply.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be handled in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
